About Anuoluwapo :

Anuoluwapo Adewale is a certified HR Practitioner with over eleven (11) years’ work experience from a notable Big 4 Professional firm. Anu has proven capacity in aligning people, processes and procedures to drive organizational growth strategy and performance.

She has over a decade experience in People Advisory Services, Human Resource Management and Talent Management across different sectors – Financial Services (banking), Insurance, Power and Energy, as well as Downstream Oil & Gas. She has played the role of a Practice Manager in a Law Firm specializing in Maritime Law practice; providing strategic direction for the group’s talent management framework and HR transformation. She is also giving back to the community by participating in career symposiums, panel sessions and conferences.

Her experience in the consulting space cuts across federal and state government parastatals, private sectors in different industries.

Anu is a graduate of Guidance & Counseling Adekunle Ajasin University. She is a certified member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria.

She is presently playing the role of Practice Manager and Business Development Officer at Tope Adebayo LLP.
