Corporate Services
Part of our secretarial functions include: collaborating with clients in preparing their Annual Reports and Accounts, filing of reports and returns with relevant regulators as and when due, changes in directors and allotment of shares maintaining statutory books and records (minutes books, register of members, register of directors and their shareholding, register of charges). We understand the importance of maintaining proper records and we have customized data protection and data collation system in place for our clients.
We collaborate with our clients and their major stakeholders to schedule, organize and coordinate their statutory, board, regulatory and general meetings. To this end, we issue meeting notices, draw up meeting agendas, circulate meeting notices and relevant meeting papers/reports to those entitled to attend, take minutes at meetings and file post-meeting reports with regulatory authorities. Likewise, we represent our clients at meetings scheduled with third parties.
